How secure are my API keys?
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your API keys are encrypted client-side before ever touching our servers. Only your authenticated session can decrypt them.
Do I need a paid plan to use the app?
No, the core functionality including tracking up to 20 domains and syncing with 3 providers is entirely free forever. Paid tiers are only required for agency-level scaling and advanced DNS automation tools.
Can I export my data if I want to leave?
Absolutely. You are not locked in. You can export your entire portfolio, complete with custom notes and historical data, as a CSV or JSON file at any time directly from the settings menu.
Which domain registrars are currently supported?
We currently offer native 1-click API integration for Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, AWS Route 53, IONOS, Porkbun, and Google Domains. For unsupported registrars, you can manually add domains and track them via WHOIS lookups.
How often does Domain Vault sync my portfolio?
By default, the Vault runs a secure background sync every 24 hours to check for status changes, upcoming renewals, and DNS modifications. Paid tiers allow you to force manual syncs at any time directly from the dashboard.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, all our annual plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you realize Domain Vault isn't the right fit for your workflow within your first two weeks, just reach out to support and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
